Terms of Access to ILMUChat Account by Yes Customers

1.
Who is YTL AI Labs?
The ILMUchat account and any associated services or features are provided by YTL AI Labs. “YTL AI Labs” is YTL AI LABS SDN BHD (formerly known as FROG ASIA SDN BHD) (Company Registration No.: 201101040519). YTL AI Labs owns, operates and provides the products and services including but not limited to ILMUchat.

Basic plan Account.
Each active YES customer (a “Customer”) is being provided with access to an ILMUchat account (basic plan) (the “Account”).

Registration.
To receive this access, a Customer must register for an Account on such ILMUchat website or page as they may be directed to from their YES app, or any other method stipulated by YTL AI Labs. During registration, the Customer may be asked to confirm their name and e-mail address.
4.
Acceptance of ILMU Terms.
For the avoidance of doubt, access to the Account is subject to the Customer’s acceptance of the ILMUchat Terms of Service (the “ILMU Terms”).
5.
Paid subscriptions.
Once a Customer has registered for an Account, the Customer may subscribe to any paid subscription or plan available on ILMUchat, subject to the ILMU Terms.
6.
Linking to YES account.
By registering for an Account, the Customer shall be deemed to consent to their YES account being linked to their Account. This means that the Customer shall access their Account using their YES log-in ID while they remain an active YES customer. If the Customer ceases to be an active YES customer, then they must access the Account using such other means available on ILMUchat from time to time.
7.
Disclosure of personal data.
Further, by registering for an Account, the Customer consents to YTL AI Labs disclosing to YTL Communications Sdn. Bhd. (“YTLC”) the following categories of the Customer’s personal data:
a.
Identification details (name, identification number);
b.
Contact information (e-mail address); and
c.
Relevant account and service-related information necessary for the provision of the Account or any other services.
8.
Purpose of disclosure.
The Customer’s personal data held by YTL AI Labs may be shared with YTLC for the purpose of creating, provisioning and administering access to the Account, including ensuring that the Account can be accessed using your YES log-in ID.
9.
Withdrawal of consent.
The Customer may withdraw their consent by contacting support@ilmu.ai.
